I see X-PLANE AIRAC 1601 in navigation data in my account.
How could I use this data in my iPad?

I just put it there so you should see it for download on your iPad now. But will be available only for a few days as this cycle can be misleading.

You get the same data that comes by default with X-Plane but this data is far from complete or accurate and the truth is that unless you want exactly the same X-Plane data you'd probably do better with the default shipped Navigraph cycle 1506 than you would with the X-Plane 1601.

X-Plane cycles do not include airways, SIDs, STARs or Approach procedures whereas the 1506 data does and is more accurate / real in general.
