The magenta flight path line do not show on the EFIS, or the flight plan for the FMC, when I use the IXEG 737 Classic.

This will probably never be shown unless I can access the IXEG flight plan which might not be possible. You should however be able to enter the same flight plan on both and thus have it drawn in AirTrack.

But other IXEG features which currently don't work with AirTrack will work.

I'm afraid not :( As I mentioned before, the IXEG's internal flight plan is not externally accessible and support for this is not available.

You should however be able to enter the same flight plan on both and thus have it drawn in AirTrack.
