Invalid Credentials on ipad and iphone

My Air Account Settings don't accept my credentials. Neither on iphone nor on ipad => Status: "INVALID CREDENTIALS". Reinstall the app didn't solve the problem. Login works fine on the website.
So i'm not be able to get my newest airacs for instance.

What happend?

Hum, this is weird, there is something wrong with the way you’re entering either your username or password? Invalid credentials means one or the other is misspelled.

Or it could be that you hit a bug of some kind and a special character in your password isn’t being accepted.

As we don’t know your password since it’s stored encrypted I can’t test, but you can either:

1) Change your password by getting a new one here: https://haversine.com/recover

or login into the web site and change under preferences.

Or

2) Contact me via http://haversine.com/support and let me know your password so can test it for you and fix it if there is a problem. You can still change your password later again at any time if you so wish.

Remember, your username is: ChrisOak

And capitalisation matters.

i'm so sorry!!!! I'm so stupid. I've been used my navigraph-password instead of the airtrack-Credentials.

Sorry you've wasted your time for my silly issue.
