How do I change my email preferences? There is nothing about email settings in the Preferences page. I keep getting updates from threads in which I participated many years ago and would like to disable this.

Sorry, this wasn't possible.

It is now, with an "Email Notifies" setting under Preferences (link on the top right corner when logged in) where you can turn them off and clicking on "Change Name / Email".
