AirTrack NG Flight Plans not saving

I’m having issues saving any flight plan that I manually enter into the FMC in the AirTrack NG app for iPad. I will have it all filled out, go to save, but it says it has failed to save. Any guidance would be appreciated

Hi,

What message does it say exactly? Does it say FAILED TO SAVE PLAN ?

There are two reasons why this could happen:

1) If you're using an AIR account it may have failed to upload it. It may be that you're not connected to the Internet? In this case make sure you have your account signed off or unprovisioned under SETTINGS -> AIR ACCOUNT

2) It failed to save on disk. In this case it might be a problem with the coding, if you could send me the flight plan that fails through the support page so we can try and replicate it.

Alternatively try deleting the app and reinstalling as that will clear out the folder in which plans are saved.

Hope this helps somehow, otherwise please get in touch through support and we'll follow by email to try and figure out. It should definitely not fail to save.
