Hi, there's a way to connect xplane and airtrack on iphone4 in a personal iphone wifi hotspot mode in absence of other wifi?

I don't have an easy way to test at present, but I believe so, it should run just fine.

If auto-mode fails you can always configure the iPhone's IP address in the X-Plane plugin manually which will for sure work. But it shouldn't be necessary and the auto (multicast) mode should work too.
